**Responsibilities:**

- Engage in property evaluations and market analysis.

- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and working to achieve them.

- Collaborate with our experienced team to facilitate property transactions, including sales and leases.

- Leverage networking opportunities to expand client base and foster community relationships.

**Qualifications:**

- Florida Real Estate License (Required).

- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Experienced agents with minimum 2 years in commercial real estate sales and leasing
