• Knowledge of construction, sales and real estate is highly preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite is a MUST

Salary Range: New Homes Sales Consultant

$70,000-$110,000

Job Responsibilities: New Homes Sales Consultant

• Scheduling for this position is Monday-Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
• Staff model homes, ensuring they are well-maintained, presentable, and ready to demonstrate to prospects
• Conduct property showings and open house events to showcase new homes and developments to potential buyers
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions and present all offers to the EVP of Sales and Marketing

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
