Position Overview:

As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, embodying our mission and vision with every interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver unparalleled customer service, ensuring that each visitor feels valued, welcomed, and inspired during their time in our store. By engaging with customers authentically and attentively, you will not only assist them in finding the perfect items, but also foster lasting connections that enrich their shopping experience. This position provides the opportunity to earn commission based on your and your teams sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers questions about specific products/services
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the management team
• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing guests with a friendly environment, including greeting
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions; accurately calculate discounts, wrap/bag purchases per your training and guests requests
• Price and stock merchandise, clean shelves/display areas with speed and physical dexterity. Maintain a current knowledge of merchandise available to guests
• Maintain a clean work and store environment; includes tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, etc

Requirements

• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Previous boutique experience, a plus
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
