About Artec 3D

Tasks:

  • Assist a team of channel managers in day-to-day communication with the companys international partners and customers.
  • Handle incoming leads (Americas region).
  • Respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner, delivering an excellent customer experience by providing fast, helpful, and relevant replies.
  • Work with CRM and other corporate platforms on a daily basis.
  • Support the team in maintaining up-to-date records on any activities related to sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Keep up to date on the companys products and services.

Required skills and competence:

  • Excellent/native English (strong verbal and written communication skills).
  • Knowledge of other languages is a great plus!
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar role.

  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Team player (as a part of an international team of sales channel managers, you'll be sharing goals, strategies, and tasks with your colleagues).
