As an Account Manager, you will engage in critical discussions with homeowners, guiding them through the roof assessment process, leading them through insurance claims, and ensuring successful outcomes. You will spend about half of your time in the field and half of your time working from office, reaching out to clients by phone scheduling appointments, addressing issues and meeting at their homes face-to-face.
