Our State Farm Exclusive Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, Health & Home insurance business. We are a fast-paced State Farm Agency in the Phoenix area and need a goal-orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.

Licensed Insurance Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Licensed Insurance Representative Requirements:

• Property and Casualty License Required
• Life and Health License Preferred
• Bi-lingual - English/Spanish Preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
