RNR Tire Express is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Associate for our open position at one of our Jacksonville, FL locations. First and foremost we are looking for someone with an attitude and drive that puts their fellow team members first, has a competitive spirit and wants to put their best foot forward with our customers and each other!

This individual will oversee the operations of your department as well as implement, oversee, train and cultivate a strong culture of what RNR Tire Express stands for. You will ensure that daily, weekly and monthly sales goals are met through outbound calls, inbound walk-ins and an urgency to hit those goals.

Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines are a must as well as ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. If you have a great attitude and want to grow with a family-owned corporation that puts it's team members first, we are looking for you!

RNR is open Monday - Saturday 9AM to 6PM NO SUNDAY HOURS!!

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial analysis
