Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at CleanCraft LLC. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating inbound and outbound leads, managing email campaigns, curating content for social media, and providing administrative support to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies.
• Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and analyze lead data for optimal conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industries.
• Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
• Nurture leads through strategic communication and follow-up processes.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the janitorial services industry.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
