Its something we do well: Interstate SignWays currently produces Interstate signage for over 40 of the 50 United States. We also provide architectural and wayfinding signs for some of the countrys top airports and businesses.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting both the marketing and sales teams in various tasks to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services

- Coordinate sales calendars and state bid opportunities to ensure timelines are met

promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility

- Assist in creating bids for submission to state and customer requirements

- Manage customer accounts and engage with customers to build relationships

- Conduct research to identify new opportunities and trends

- Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow up on leads

- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for potential clients

- Maintain and update customer databases and track sales activity

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing and sales goals are aligned

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing or sales coordination role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other software

- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and social media platforms

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
