Job Summary:
This is an Inside Sales position that serves as an intermediary between customer service and Inside/Outside Sales teams. The Inside Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for nurturing incoming leads, reconnecting with lapsed customers and new customer prospecting. As needed, the Inside Sales Operations Coordinator will work with the Customer Service teams, inside and outside sales team and contact customers directly to drive higher incremental revenue opportunities for the company.
Skills / Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of inside sales, sales administration, customer service, or related experience
- Relevant industrial automation or industrial equipment industry experience or exposure desirable, but not required
- Effective phone communication and sales skills
- Strong demonstrated ability to multitask
- Strong PC operator skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc.), Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to excel in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
Position Duties:
Priority 1: 30% of Schedule- Quote Follow Up
- Ensure all quotes issued by customer service receive appropriate follow-up as defined in process documents in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Priority 2: 30% of Schedule - Existing Customer Nurturing
- Meet and/or exceed daily lapsed customer contact goals. Daily goals will be set monthly and will take into account expected incoming quote volume
Priority 3: 30% of Schedule Sales and Sales Team Support
- Responsible for developing your own inside sales funnel and with implementing tactics to shepherd companies through that funnel from Prospect to Lead and Ultimately to customer
- Sales Operations Coordinator will be expected to operate independently, leveraging available tools to Identify, qualify and contact prospective customers.
Priority 4: 10% of Schedule Admin and Communication
- Inside Sales Operations Coordinator will proactively communicate status of programs, report out on progress and maintain clear, concise notes for communication to stakeholders and partners.
- Provide short-term back-fill support for Customer Service teams if and when call volume warrants assistance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,269.00 - $64,616.00 per year
