Full description of the position

As a Strategic Account Manager at Ceburu, you will play a pivotal role in targeting and engaging with the most critical prospects, focusing on understanding the challenges organizations face in scaling or transitioning to a cloud environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering tailored RMM solutions to address their specific pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage with medium and large Fortune 1000 companies, leveraging an efficient sales process to identify and close valuable business opportunities.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring sustained growth and client satisfaction.

Provide strategic solutions and present compelling value propositions, emphasizing return on investment (ROI) to drive successful sales outcomes.

Maintain high levels of forecasting accuracy and consistency to enable effective planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

Possess 3-5+ years of software business experience, with a strong background in field selling within the mid-market and enterprise segments.

Demonstrated track record of surpassing direct sales targets exceeding $1 million, consistently achieving an average deal size of $50,000+.

Proficient in implementing effective prospecting methodologies and independently building a robust sales pipeline.

Prior experience in an innovative tech company, preferably in SaaS, IT infrastructure, or a related field.

Proven success in selling to large Fortune 1000 companies, showcasing the ability to secure new business logos.

Willingness and capability to travel up to 30% of the time.
