As a member of our elite inside sales team, you will be responsible for receiving inbound and making outbound calls to develop leads to set up appointments for our outside sales team. Youll benefit from one-on-one coaching with nationally recognized inside sales leadership in a close-knit, dynamic environment where your techniques for success will be valued and applied. Duties and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Field and manage inbound calls from potential customers.
• Schedule appointments for our sales partners.
• Ensure that personal and team goals are met.
• Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, etc.
• Have a sense of urgency to respond to inbound leads from potential customers.

• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales/or customer service experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a call center/sales lead generation environment a plus.
• Persuasive skills via phone communication.

• Goal-oriented and money motivated.

• Experience with call center technology solutions a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass drug-screen and background check.

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour + Commissions
