What are we looking for?

We're looking for a full or part-time Sales Representative & Roof Inspector who enjoys outdoor work and feels passionate about sales.

No previous experience is required, if you're willing to put in the work, we'll train you and help you to become one of the best!

What youll be required to do:

• Generate and follow up sales leads
• Inspect roofs and properties to determine storm or hail damage.
• Assist the homeowners with their insurance claims and meet Insurance Adjusters.
• Close the deal and earn a great commission once the property is approved.
• Willingness to knock on doors and create business opportunities from a first contact.

If:

• You are extremely presentable in person, with great people skills.
• You are a self-motivated and energetic person.
• You enjoy negotiating and you are strong-willed
• You are physically fit to carry and climb on a ladder and perform roof inspections.
• You have experience in Sales or Construction is a great plus.
