We've teamed up with a rapidly expanding Health Insurance Agency whose driven by their commitment to fostering meaningful discussions with their customers. Currently, this growing team is hiring for Lead Generation Specialists based in the Cleveland metro area.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of community engagement, sparking interest in the diverse range of health insurance products they offer. REWARDS

• Starting at $750/week + commission
• Monday through Friday schedule, with regular business hours

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check required
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient with email, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Familiarity with health insurance and technology is a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outside sales outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Develop and deliver health insurance sales proposals and presentations to potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
• Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
• Engage customers at networking events and offer them the health insurance services
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners and internal teams
