Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide multiple options through our service system process.
• Master the company's value proposition and effectively communicate it to customers.
• Provide sales and finance assistance to field personnel.
• Follow up and close open service/sales leads.
• Communicate all requirements of sold work to operations.
• Perform additional duties based on the needs of the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of Customer Inside Sales experience, telephone-based preferred.
• Proficiency in using a PC, with good keyboarding skills.
• Proven success in a sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening skills and a talent for probing.
• Desire to learn, practice and deliver a remarkable guest experience.
• Ability to learn, deploy and enjoy our technology.
• Attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Respect for teammates and a positive attitude.
• Experience using problem-solving skills and taking the initiative to identify improvement opportunities.

Compensation
