Rentopia is looking for a tenacious and trustworthy Licensed Real Estate Agent in our new nghebrhood Bronx , Rentopia is one of the biggest brokerage firms in Brooklyn and has been a pillar in the community for a decade. Your primary role is to match clients to their perfect rental homes attentively. You'll love working at Rentopia if you are an ambitious go-getter with a knack for being responsive and thorough.

Responsibilities:

- Display exceptional interpersonal skills with each client and coworker.

- Assist clients with their unique needs and provide guidance as you propose the best rental options for them.

- Intermediate negotiation processes between client, broker and landlord.

- Prepare crucial paperwork, including contracts and leases.

- Promote, create and update marketing and sales materials, including various online listing services.

- Stay up-to-date on real estate best practices and industry standards.
