Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Representative. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our surgical products to healthcare professionals. The individual hired for this role will be tasked with managing existing accounts and growing the territory to make it his or her own. This is a very lucrative field with uncapped earning potential and a great work-life balance. Top performers are exceeding over half a million dollars a year in compensation. Duties:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through effective account management
- Conduct outside sales visits to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- Present product information and provide educational materials to healthcare professionals
- Utilize technical sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our products
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Experience:
- Previous experience in medical sales or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
