Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Residential Sales Representative. As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships in the residential market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential market

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

- Utilize Active knocker or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to effectively promote our products

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably in the residential market

- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex products

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

- Proficient in negotiation techniques

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,324.00 - $81,666.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 40 per week
