Mid-Park Highway is currently looking for the following at our 2555 Brandenburg Rd., Leitchfield, KY location.

Outside Sales Representative:

The Outside Sales Representative is charged with the maintaining relations with current customer base, developing new relationships/customer base, coordination of customer quotes/orders, communicating the customers needs and desires to the manufacturing group and monitoring the progress of the company on meeting the customers needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform sales call appointments and phone calls on existing, new and previous customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing, new, and previous customers.
• Identify prospective customers by using directories, leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending relevant trade shows and conferences.
• Prepare estimates to coordinate sales quotes and orders.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
• Manage current and prospective customers by providing timely responses and solutions.
• Conduct market research as part of your overall sales strategic plan.
• Maintain weekly sales call reports and follow-up action plan.
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
• Responsible for growth and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the Sales Manager that will help in strategic direction of company operations.
• Execute and maintain account management planning processes and business review processes with each assigned account on a consistent basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in sales and customer service

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual quota/budget.
• Ability to travel several days per month or as needed.
