The Sales Operations Coordinator is a dynamic role designed to support the seamless operation and efficiency of our company. Reporting directly to the Business Administration Manager as part of the Operations Team, this position plays a crucial part in fostering consistency in process and administrative excellence across all departments, including Sales, Client Success, and Operations. With a focus on operational projects and processes, the Sales Operations Coordinator must be driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in our fast-paced environment. This role demands excellent communication skills for both internal colleagues and external clients and vendor interactions, ensuring collaborative success and project efficacy.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours each week with overtime expected periodically. The typical work schedule will be from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on weekdays with additional hours as necessary.

What youll do:

  • Managerial Support: Support the Business Administration Manager and leadership team in executing and managing a broad range of operational projects.
  • Streamline Processes: Spearhead projects aimed at helping our teams work smarter, such as organization of forms, data migration, and facilitating product partnerships.
  • Research Projects: For example new market research, development initiatives including software evaluations, partner integrations, and swag/merchandise management.
  • Logistics Coordination: Logistics for meetings (both internal and client-facing), client visits, reminder calls, and more.
  • Team-Specific Support: Assist each company department (Sales, Client Success, and Operations) with specific projects related to that departments specialty including, without limitation, coordinating reports, scheduling demos, setting up account reviews, coordinating internal communication, and managing various data sets, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and excellence in execution.
  • Internal Technical Support: Provide support for computer setups, and troubleshoot issues, including headset and real-time issues.
  • Facilitate seamless communication by organizing Zoom/phone calls and meeting reminders for client meetings, and liaise between clients and internal teams to optimize client journeys.
  • Manage the distribution of client gifts, referral payouts, shipping packages, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
