Summary:

Perform administrative sales and support for the outside sales force. Duties include quoting, ordering, expediting, and communicating with the customer, manufacturers, and sales force. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to easily learn new software as well as strong communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare quotes for customers and follow up using company software
• Enter and expedite orders
• Understand commercial issues and terms
• Ability to coordinate assigned projects
• Handle various customer service calls, questions, and issues
• Assist with shipping and receiving packages
• Manage staff incoming and outgoing posts and packages
• Organize, order, and maintain office supplies
• Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer software and database programs
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in a technical field a plus
• 2 years related experience a plus
