Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Territory Manager is to meet or exceed IBS Implant sales objectives for all IBS products by developing profitable relationships with targeted dental practices and the dental community at large. IBS Implant is looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is willing to participate in Redefining Dental Implantology with Minimally Invasive Technology and protocol.

Our goal is to change this status quo. To give more patients the option of dental implants. To deliver new innovative instruments, protocols, and products that set a new standard in patient comfort through minimally invasive implant dentistry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• CRM - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily cold call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks to provide product demos to qualified customers on request.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients.

Qualification

• Must have 3-5 years of Dental Implant Experience
• An associate degree is required, and a bachelors degree is preferred.
• Capable of working both collaborative with team members within the region as well as independently.
• Confident in using different insights and adapts selling approach based on customers needs and situation

Salary

• Base salary + commission + gas allowance

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
