Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join our team in assisting and coaching Life Insurance Agents on how to work our Final Expense leads and which lead package to buy from us (TTC Leads.)

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to Life Insurance Agents that are buying Final Expense Leads from us. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Life Insurance sales (More specifically Final Expense Sales), that is looking to get out of the field (or Virtual "field") but wants to apply their experience towards contributing to different independent agents success by coaching them and also helping them choose the right lead package.

If you have recent experience (within 4 years) as a Life Insurance Agent working Final Expense Leads, have great communication skills, a passion for selling and coaching, and enjoy working in a growing and exciting environment we would love to hear from you!

Duties:

- Assist with both outbound and inbound calls by helping Independent Life Insurance Agents find the right FEX lead package for their current lead needs.

- Process and collect payments.

- Maintain and develop client relationships.

- Assist clients with customer support as well as coaching them on best practices to maximizing their lead purchase.

Required Experience:

- Previous experience in Final Expense Life Insurance sales is required.

-Experience in buying and working Final Expense leads is required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
