Job Summary:
Hotel Sales Manager Job Summary

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. This position involves working closely with the hotels other departments to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The Hotel Sales Manager will also build relationships with current and potential customers and for providing feedback on industry changes and trends.

Hotel Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and meet established goals
• Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary
• Monitor industry trends and changes and provide feedback to appropriate departments
• Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to help increase brand loyalty
• Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other advertising materials
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
• Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure customer satisfaction

Hotel Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
• Knowledge of Property Manager Software and other relevant sales technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Hotel Sales management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
