Position Overview:

The Outside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Legacy Construction by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and working closely with customers to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within the designated territory. Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, door-knocking, and industry events.
• Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their roofing requirements and challenges.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create compelling sales presentations that display Legacy Construction's services and value proposition.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Leverage insights to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the internal teams, including project management and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with roofing materials, techniques, and industry practices is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
