Empire offers a full curriculum of hands-on training workshops in Aesthetics, Anti-Aging, Pain Management, Business & Marketing, and more. Empire also offers online to supplement CME requirements.

Our customers are healthcare professionals interested in learning specialized techniques to maximize their earning potential and their procedural skills. Some examples of the procedures taught include performing Botox injections, using Lasers, and performing epidural injections. The training programs are conducted either through live hands-on workshops offered at hotels around the country or virtually.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for sales professionals who are seeking a challenge and want to grow professionally and financially. Employees in this position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers. They will also focus on developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities to drive revenue for the organization.

Deliverables and Responsibilities:

The main objective of this position is to build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Position entails speaking with clients on the phone, outbound calls and communicating with them by email and other means. In addition to acquiring new customers, each Inside Sales associate will support our client base by answering questions and helping them prepare for upcoming training events.

  • Full-time position with in-office hours from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, working 40 hours a week.
  • Responsibilities include speaking with clients over the phone, making outbound calls, and communicating with them via email and other methods.

The objective of the position is to create long long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Skills)

  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a sales or account executive
  • 2 years of phone sales experience preferred
  • Experience working with customer CRM is important as working with a CRM is an integral part of the position (examples include SalesForce, Zoho, HubSpot, and MS Office)
  • Extensive experience in sales preferably with professionals such as Physicians and Nurses
  • Health Care background is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Range $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 strong commission and bonus schedule, with potential to generate over $100k. Average account manager makes $80,000.00-$100,000.00.
