Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, identifying and closing new business opportunities for FujiSans Fresh Chef program. New business channels include but are not limited to; Retail Grocery Stores, Universities, Hospitals, Corporate Dining.
The Senior Sales Executive must have previous experience selling fresh product to Retail Chains/Service Deli, specifically Kroger and Ahold Delhaize Banners. The Senior Sales Executive acts with a high sense of urgency, a hunter mentality, a bias for results, excellent customer service and follow up with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders internal and external in order to achieve/exceed the companys strategic and financial objectives.
Essential Functions:
1. Increasing New Business
a. Successfully and professionally sell FujiSans Fresh Chef program to prospective new clients in the business channels outlined above.
b. Ability and proficiency presenting to large groups of people, communicating all aspects of our business, and winning the business.
c. Establish relationships with clients, and maintain those relationships through frequent communication, introducing innovation and ideas to improve the program sales.
d. Frequent meetings with executive team to strategize for new avenues of business, as well as provides a summary review of new business activities (new accounts and prospective accounts).
2. Account Management
a. Directly responsible for Account Management
b. Directly responsible for all new item setup with account.
c. Work with marketing team to coordinate and implement new marketing programs
d. Acts as the liaison between account and our FujiSan Operations team.
Education and Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
Recent experience successfully selling into Kroger and Ahold Delhaize service deli is preferred.
Must have 5+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management.

Regional Travel - Frequently (60%)
Overnight Travel - Frequently (60%)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
