As a Sales Manager at Ceburu, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales team towards success. Your role will involve providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to a team of dedicated Account Executives.

Motivate and empower your team to consistently surpass objectives and targets.

Develop and maintain precise team forecasts to drive effective decision-making.

Lead the recruitment, supervision, and training of a dynamic team of Account Executives.

Spearhead leads generation efforts, ensuring high activity standards and meticulous pipeline management.

Play a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding and ramp-up process for all new team members, coaching them towards a trajectory of success.

Proactively monitor the sales funnel from prospecting to closure and implement metrics to enhance team performance.

Who You Are:

Seasoned in high-tech direct sales, with a proven track record of success.

Well-versed in SaaS/Cloud technologies and proficient in utilizing Salesforce.

Capable of accurately forecasting team performance, leveraging your experience and insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
