The Role: Our USA Sales team is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Sales, USA, the successful candidate will be responsible for actively pursuing and closing all business opportunities working with both channel partners and end-users (in collaboration with channel) within the assigned territory and mix of Industrial Accounts. This role will focus on the Industrial sector within the Central USA.
Note: the candidate must be located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Your core RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and close sales opportunities with national account partners and limited regional channel partners
Work in collaboration with channel partners to spec in Watson Gloves at end-users.
Develop and manage a Strategic Business Plan for each Major Account to drive corporate and local opportunities with each client.
Work closely with Sales Managers and local Sales Representatives to build overall relationships with accounts.
Develop relationships, identify opportunities, coordinate the quotation of services, develop and present written proposals.
Work with Channel Sales Management and local Sales Representatives on pricing strategies, closing business, and handling follow up on any customer issues with these accounts.
Accurate and complete reporting as well as effective communication with customers, company associates, and management will be essential to the overall success of the position.
Regularly update and maintain CRM to accurately reflect the status of opportunities, and account activity.
Coordinate with Product Development on new products with the goal of servicing Major Accounts and their needs.
Develop key relationships at each account and improve partnerships with the client to provide a clear value proposition as to why Watson Gloves provides the greatest value to the client.
Hold strategic discussions with assigned accounts and prospects to understand needs and help position Watson Gloves for future growth.
Form successful working relationships with all levels of customer organizations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide reporting on all accounts during monthly Key Performance Indicator meetings
Provide leadership for management by continuously energizing the effort for moving new potential opportunities through the sales cycle in a professional, passionate, and engaging manner
What YOU BRING to Watson Gloves:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Administration
Minimum 7 years successful direct business to business sales experience in business to business (industrial market product or service sales experience preferred) with minimum 2+ years leading a small team.
Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem solving abilities
A high degree of communication, supervisory, organizational and management skills are required.
Experience in performing presentations to management level personnel required.
Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with clients, peers and management.
Understanding of target companies purchasing and decision-making processes.
Proficiency in all Microsoft office tools
Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
Frequent travel required
Clean criminal record
Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
