We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful applicant will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of services.

Field Sales Job Responsibilities:

• Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
• Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
• Build a pipeline through new and current customers
• Setting realistic expectations with clients
• Diagnose issues in lawns and explain services needed

Work Hours and Benefits:

At Unlimited Lawn Care we are not a seasonal company; you can count on your career being full time year-round, with weekly pay and commissions. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for the first 6 months. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• BA/BS degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred, but not required
• 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with lawn care/landscaping industry
• Agronomic Knowledge (Will Train)
• D2D or B2B Experience (Will Train)
• Mathematical skills to calculate amounts such as discounts, commissions, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable Transportation with clean driving record

Pay: $35,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
