We are seeking a full time Sales Professional at Greenlawn Memorial Park. We put people first and value integrity and attention to detail in our work.

Our Sales Professionals are relationship builders who are accountable for serving client families by making at need funeral and cemetery arrangements, and selling pre-need funeral and cemetery arrangements. The responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, networking and building community relationships, and developing an understanding of each family's unique needs and offering solutions that provide value to them. We serve families by providing exemplary personalized service and play an essential role in generating revenue for the funeral home as well as acting as the primary contact for families.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Salesforce is preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain license
