Successful candidates should be Internet savvy, strategic thinkers and organized professionals.

Skill Set

Its essential that a Call Center Professional have advanced technology skills. They must be very organized, having the ability to monitor all sales leads and maintain detailed customer files. They must have very strong sales skills, of course. Its essential that they are an excellent communicator and a team player. They should adapt easily to change and be willing to go above and beyond their duties to make a sale.

Primary Responsibilities

The Call Center Professional manages customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a quick and timely manner. They answer customer questions on product inventory, helping people find the best car for their needs, and explaining the benefits of the vehicles. They drive Internet traffic into the dealership, making appointments for interested customers, and continuously following up throughout the buying process. They understand the needs of a diverse client base and are able to adapt their approach accordingly. They set and exceed sales goals, helping the dealership to remain profitable.
