We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Design & Sales Consultant to join our Orange County showroom.

Do not apply if you don't have a furniture / design / architecture background

In this role you will be the most important liaison to our customers. Your main job will be to give our customers a unique, exceptional and friendly BoConcept experience. You are passionate about our brand and values, design and take pride in providing our customers with the best solutions. We are looking for individuals who are serious about building a career in Retail furniture and Design. We celebrate ingenuity and creative ideas and have an established team driven by these ideals.

Requirements:

• Sales Driven is a must.
• Excellent customer focus

Loves design and have an interest in trends, style and personal presentation however it is not essential to have an experience in this field.

Passionate about creating exceptional in-store experiences

Always strives to exceed customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality

Book and execute in-home consultations at the highest level

Persistent and focused on reaching sales goals.

Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working as a team player but is effective working independently to growth business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
