Location: Northern Colorado Territory, office located in Johnstown/Loveland

Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

Salary Range: Base$65-$75K per year with total compensation between $75-$90K

Day to Day:

• Account Managers are the face of our industrial staffing team.
• Work directly with hiring managers at large local companies by targeting organizations in need of staffing services.
• Using our successful selling system, youll make an initial connection through cold calls, ultimately becoming valuable business consultants and building long-term relationships with our clients.
• Run in-person meetings and lunches to get to know hiring goals, team dynamics, and sell how our services can elevate their business.
• You will be selling industrial staffing services and act as an expert when it comes to all things hiring employment rates, trends, competitors etc.
• This is a heavy outbound calling and prospecting role. We are looking for someone who is up for the challenge.
• Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned as needed.

Candidate Background:

• We are looking for individuals, with grit and a competitive spirit.
• Prior sales background required in any industry.
• If you're driven / competitive person with a strong outside sales background, wed love to talk to you.
