Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Experience:
- 8+ years of proven experience in technical sales, supplement/nutraceutical sales a plus
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in outside sales and account management

- Strong negotiation ability and techniques
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
