LuRo Inc, is located in Providence RI, on the Providence/Johnston border, right off route 6. We are looking to hire an Entry Level Account Representative to join our team.

Weve found that anyone with a genuine interest in working with people does well in this role.

The primary responsibilities for an Entry Level Account Representative are:

• Utilize effective and proven systems in business development
• Succeed in company-sponsored training classes
• Meet with customers in-person to discuss their areas of needs
• Specialize in customer retention and customer acquisition through face-to-face meetings
• Maintain records on customer interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is preferred, but not required
• Interpersonal and communications skills are a must
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-based type role such as: restaurant, retail, sales, and business development
• Easy to adapt in any kind of situation
• People-oriented
• Team-oriented
• Solution-oriented
