Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, text, and chat
- Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers with their questions and concerns
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process quotes, policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
-Colorado Insurnace Producer License, Property and Casualty
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
