We are AB Airbags, Inc., a leading dunnage air bag and load securement solution company. We believe in changing and improving the status quo within the load securement industry. We do this is by providing innovative, simple and easy to use dunnage airbags and equipment for bracing freight in transit on Over the Road trucks, Intermodal Containers, Rail and Ships.
Our team has over 40 years of delivering timely, reliable service and hands on application at the dock level to help ensure our customers freight arrives intact.
We are seeking a driven Pacific Northwest-based sales professional to join our team. This position will focus on prospecting and developing new accounts, maintaining and forging strong relationships with tenured accounts, and learning the ins and outs of our business so you can be a strong advocate for our products and as successful as possible.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand our company's competitive advantages and product information (specifications and pricing)
- Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account with new or existing business
- Providing pricing, negotiating, and maintaining effective sales agreements
- Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in order to maintain and expand your prospects within your territory
- Travel to perform effective on-site demos to prospects
- Close sales
Qualifications
- Experience with distribution or packaging equipment and supplies sales
- A record of high achievement and success
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- An exceptional level of perseverance, motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills
- Strong presentation skills and interpersonal effectiveness
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
- A strong work ethic and commitment that will allow you to exceed your financial and professional expectations
- Ability to use independent judgment in negotiating sales agreements and be able to exercise expertise with difficult or sensitive accounts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
