Our growing Real Estate practice is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time Licensed Client Services Coordinator
A dynamic residential real estate team known for top-tier performance in delivering exceptional buying and selling experiences to our clients is currently in search of a highly motivated, full-time Assistant/Client Services Coordinator to join our ranks immediately. Direct experience within the real estate industry is essential, preferably in a capacity supporting a top-performing broker or team. Responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, ranging from business development and prospecting to sales, market analysis, administrative duties, and client-facing interactions, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities. Adept communication skills are paramount, enabling seamless management of multiple projects while prioritizing the enhancement of operational efficiency and systems. While primarily a back-office position, occasional engagement with buyers and sellers is expected as outlined in the job description. SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION / EXPECTATIONS
General team activities
Attend weekly sales team meeting
Participate in ongoing training opportunities in-office and offered through our training department.
General / team marketing
Must be a social media EXPERT.
Manage all social media accounts, implementing defined digital strategy
Manage monthly email marketing campaigns to database
Responsible for increasing internet presence for team & individual listings
Manage advertisements (placement, stats, follow through, etc)
Develop & distribute monthly email newsletter
Listing & Buyer Presentation preparation / ensuring we always have updated, relevant information ready
Property-specific marketing
Working with our marketing team, create and design flyers, postcards, as well as any other marketing materials
Coordinate agent marketing videos & property videos on website(s), blog(s), social media and client database email campaigns
Create feature cards when needed
Coordinate property photos, staging, repairs, and cleaning
Acquire vendor estimates and coordinated repairs/upgrades on homes getting ready to be listed.
Coordinate catering for Brokers Opens
Arrange closing gift / work on making this personal & special / specific to each client.
Arrange closing gifts on our listings as well. We want the process of turning over each of our listings to be a phenomenal experience.
Send out social media and email blasts for all listings
Listing-specific duties
Prepare Listing documents
Route listing paperwork to office
Order preliminary title report
Input listing into NWMLS (and/or coordinate with office staff to do so)
Upload photos to MLS (and/or coordinate with office staff to do so)
Upload supplements into Matrix (and/or coordinate with office staff to do so)
Synchronize Supra Keybox
Input brokers opens and open houses
Complete contract information sheet
Request installation and removal of yard sign(s)
If Septic or well, obtain required info & any required inspections
Participate in In-person showings of all listings (as all of our listings are by appointment only, accompanied by the listing agent and/or assistant)
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelors degree+
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong preference for a back office support or assistant role
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher)
- Strong market and financial analysis skills
- Reliable vehicle
- Current/active WA state Real Estate license is required

COMPENSATION
Base salary, commensurate with experience
Bonus arrangement calculated and paid on team transaction closings
Will be provided with a company laptop computer and workplace essentials
Paid Holidays: 10 National Holidays
Paid Time Off: 10 days
Work Days & Hours: Monday Friday 9am - 5 pm. This is NOT a remote position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
