Position Overview: The Business Development and Community Outreach Manager is a key role responsible for driving growth and expanding the organization's market presence through strategic business development initiatives and fostering strong relationships within the community. This role requires a dynamic individual with a combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a genuine commitment to engaging and supporting the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and community members to enhance loyalty and engagement.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for business development strategies.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals.
  • Provide input and insights to product development based on market feedback and community needs.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and community outreach activities.
