Rise Insurance understands that connection means everything, and this is the reason we are expanding our team with a new Insurance Sales Agent. This position allows you to work directly with people from all walks of life to ensure that they will get the support to lock in the right mix of insurance products to meet their needs. Your chief goals as our Insurance Sales Agent will be to tailor-fit an insurance product, sign new clients, build relationships and have a great time doing it!

NON LICENSED? Rise Insurance has a licensing process available for the right people who align with our company culture and who are new to the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Designing insurance plans and adjusting coverage based on the demands, risk profile, and needs of the business or individual customers.
• Process new insurance accounts, update information on existing clients, and handle policy renewal.
• Follow up with target clients and schedule an appointment to discuss insurance quotations.
• Become a subject matter expert in terms of insurance policies and their benefits.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Requirements:

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving minimum weekly, monthly, annual quotas.
