Full description of the position

OBJECTIVE/MISSION: TEXAS ROOF REPAIR IS HIRING FOR A B2B OUTSIDE SALESPERSON, THIS POSITION IS FOR GREATER AUSTIN AND SURROUNDING AREA RESIDENTS ONLY.

Build and maintain relationships with people who need roofing services. Provide solutions to resolve their roofing & waterproofing problems and extend the life of their roofing system. We are a client focused sales organization. We are selling relationships with Texas Roof Repair to our clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve monthly sales / revenue goals
  • CRM Updated Daily, as well as CRM Sales and Post-Project Pipelines updated daily.
  • Uncover/discover bidding opportunities (both project and work orders)
  • Qualify project bidding opportunities
  • Establish, nurture, and grow direct customer relationships (owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, roof consultants)
  • Grow in technical knowledge - both industry-general and project-specific
  • Lead company effort towards customer-centric attitude, service, response, safety & vision, mission & Values
  • Execute daily activities to assure your sales pipeline has adequate opportunities to meet sales goals.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings, training events
  • Achieve all minimum average sales based activities KPIs & accurately report each Monday.
  • Access roofs for service inspections and create reports -Surveys roofs, diagnoses problem conditions, and formulate corrective solutions.
  • Assists clients by managing their roofing portfolios.
  • Attends Networking Events outside normal business hours.
  • Maintains an organized file system.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must represent Texas Roof Repair to customers, vendors, industry professionals and others in a professional manner at all times.

KEY RESULTS:

  • Achieve monthly sales / revenue goals
  • Provides customers with an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Achieves target project and Gross Margin / labor hour and Gross Margin dollar objectives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Sense of Urgency and ability to multi-task.
  • Roofing, Real Estate Facility Management and or construction background preferred but not required if the person is coachable.
  • Goal oriented with desire to learn, grow and earn. History of achievement.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 2.5 story buildings.

COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary, commission and bonus depending on production and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
