SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary/ Responsibility

The Sales Representative will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service along with assessing customers needs and provide assistance with information on product features.

• Maintains exceptional knowledge of appliances/ parts including product features as the industry changes
• Maintains knowledge of computer software system and other technology systems
• Ensures daily sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining awareness to detail

Understand inventory system and ensure appliances/ parts are in stock or potential availability to communicate to customers

• Team up with co-workers to provide superior customer service
• Responsible for maintaining cash drawer and balancing cash, credit cards and checks transactions daily. Preparing daily cash-out reports accurately.
• Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel.
• Ensure store is clean, presentable and product is well displayed.
• Adheres to company policies/ procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Salary based on experience.

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
• Must have great communication skills verbally/ written
• Strong computer skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Must be willing to work as a team player
• Must have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance
• Able to multitask calmly and efficiently.
• Must be knowledgeable of appliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
