Strategic has over 20 years of marketing, sales and business development pushing us to be one of the best new customer acquisition firms in southern California. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Outreach Representative for our residential sales and community outreach team. Our ideal candidates should be passionate, creative, and possess good communication skills.

The candidate's responsibilities include creating a brand for our clients throughout the community and assisting with the customer enrollment process. Previous experience in sales, marketing and customer service is preferred but not required as we provide full training for all new hires!

Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in promoting brand image and customer retention.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaign development.
• Follow up with new customers acquired by the promotions team.
• Assist in market analysis on products and services.
• Stay up to date with new products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service
• A flexible schedule is required including weekends and evenings on occasion
• Experience in dealing with customers in a professional manner
• Great customer service requires great people skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and creative
• Problem solver and adaptable

This position provides a paid training period for all new associates. Upon successful completion of training, we offer an uncapped commission based compensation structure
