ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pearce is looking for an energetic, self-motivated engineer to assist sales with technical guidance in project design and costing, along with developing innovative solutions in the fields of dredging and mining. Preferred experience with pumps, mining, and plant processes. A successful candidate is someone that is able to interact with our engineering department and develop relationships with distributors and customers. Pearce team members must exhibit strong communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize their workload, be a team player, and have creative thinking skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Mining Engineering or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and modeling software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to new problems.
• Willing to overnight travel, 95% on site, 5% travel.
