S & S Cabinets is a locally owned and operated company that specializes in home organization solutions and were looking for an experienced, motivated Design Consultant to join our dynamic and rapidly growing business in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Successful S & S Design Consultant Key Attributes:

Technologically savvy with CAD experience and strong computer proficiency

Excellent with a tape measure and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Listens carefully to fully understand customer needs

Provides workable, practical solutions to exceed customer expectations

Has a strong team mentality with a constant desire to improve

S & S Design Consultant Duties:

Responds in a timely manner to company-generated leads (within 24 hours)

Schedules meetings in customers homes for evaluation. Executes detailed and accurate measurements and presents workable, well-suited solutions

Performs client follow-up meetings with easy-to-understand CAD presentations in a consultative manner

Closes sales, turns in complete and detailed documentation (in a timely manner) to S & S for processing

Stays involved throughout the entire process and thanks customer upon successful completion of work

Maintains regular and open communication with S & S team to provide valuable feedback and ensure continuous improvement for both company and employee

Additional Details:

This is a W2 100% commission position.

Location and hours vary some weekend and evening hours necessary

A valid drivers license (with clean driving record 5+ years) and have reliable transportation with full-coverage insurance

Can safely lift and carry samples (~25 lbs.)

Ability to pass background check and drug test

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
