Position Overview:
As an Elite Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in educating and assisting Medicare beneficiaries in selecting the right healthcare coverage options tailored to their unique needs. Leveraging your expertise in Medicare plans and exceptional sales skills, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of Medicare beneficiaries' healthcare needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans, providing clear and accurate information.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Stay updated on changes in Medicare regulations, plan benefits, and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in Medicare sales or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Active health insurance license in.
