Full description of the position

Description
The company is looking for a devoted candidate ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment. As a sales coordinator, this person will be responsible for supervising a team of sales representative as well as open territories. This person will have excellent natural communication skills in daily proactive discussions with sales. This individual will possess the ability to create a strong sales team and meet financial goals.

1. Able to demonstrate success and experience supervising a team and assigned sales goals

2. Able to identify market opportunities, create product plans, and successfully improve the numbers

4. Detail-oriented

5. Outstanding organization skills and forecasting

6. Outstanding problem solving skills

8. Good sales and presentation skills that can be delivered over the telephone or in person

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

10. Computer savvy (excel, outlook, ERP software)

Daily Tasks

1. Supervise Sales representatives

a. Ability to have Hindsight on Team sales results and Translated into strategies

b. Follow projects developed by the sales team and bring support accordingly

c. Organize weekly, bi-monthly and quarterly meetings with sales representatives on the field

d. Back office work such as inventory check, follow up on orders and back orders, samples, etc

2. Report to VP Sales

a. Sales Evolution

3. Sales & Business Development

a. Look for new accounts

b. Handle Sales in assigned territories

c. Focus on reaching goals on assigned territories directly and through/with sales reps

4. Communication

a. Collect field feedback from the sales team on the field

b. Share feedback with internal team (marketing, Purchasing, logistics)

Additional Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to multi-task regularly and always maintain professional behavior. During certain periods of the quarterly sales cycle, higher demands of time, energy, and focus are needed to effectively satisfy the requirements of the position. Selling would be his main focused, to be achieved through efficient management and sales skills.
