Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative/Relocation Specialist to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative/Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting perspective clients and providing a moving plan and estimate. You will also be generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships visiting with realtors, property managers, senior living communities and storage facility managers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building connections with customers.

Duties:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits

- Conduct in home estimates with potential customers and provide exceptional customer experience

- Negotiate pricing and explain value to clients to ensure a smooth moving plan

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in an outside sales role

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth

- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Moving Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
