At Hamee US Corp, we build exciting ranges of products, from our viral brands like Otamatone (Musical Instrument/Toy) and SquiSHU (Various forms of squeeze toy) to official merchandise for Top licenses including Sanrio (Hello Kitty), Pusheen, BT21, Line Friends,Naruto, Bleach, Hunter x Hunter and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals
- Manage the sales team's performance, including setting targets and conducting performance reviews
- Lead the sales team in acquiring new business clients and increasing revenue from existing clients
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to help them achieve their targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients
- Attend trade shows and networking events to identify new business opportunities and build relationships within the industry
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Requirements:
- Experience of Toy, Collectible, Pop-culture, CPG, or Licensing industry strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in sales management
- B2B sales experience in toy industry preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and networking events
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Core-time: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
